David W. Schroeder, DPM, FACFAS

A Davenport native, Dr. Schroeder Attended St. Ambrose University, University of Iowa and the Dr. Wm. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed a surgical residency at Columbus-Cabrini Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Schroeder is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and a fellow with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS). While not practicing podiatry Dr. Schroeder spends time with his family, runs, bicycles, and occasionally does some home beer brewing.
Matthew R. Wilber, DPM, FACFAS, CWS

Dr. Wilber was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. He is a graduate of Davenport Central High School. He graduated from the University of Iowa and went on to attend University of Osteopathic Medicine & Health Sciences where he graduated from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Wilber completed his surgical training at the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Foundation in Houston, Texas before returning home to practice in Davenport. Doctor Wilber is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Wound Management. Dr. Wilber joined Dr. Schroeder to form Quad Cities Foot & Ankle Associates, PC. Wilber has been practicing in the Quad Cities area since 1996.
Elizabeth M. Jacobsen, DPM, AACFAS

Dr. Jacobsen grew up in DeWitt, Iowa. She is a graduate from University of Iowa and the Dr. Wm. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Prior to podiatry Dr. Jacobsen was social worker at a nursing home in Moline, IL before deciding to become a podiatrist. After completing a 3-year surgical residency at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital in Dixon, IL, Dr. Jacobsen worked at Libertyville Ankle and Foot Clinic in Libertyville, IL. Dr. Jacobsen recently returned to the Quad City area and joined the podiatry team at Quad Cities Foot & Ankle Associates, PC with Drs. Wilber and Schroeder. Dr. Jacobsen is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).
David Eastman, DPM

Dr. Eastman spent his formative years growing up in both Northern Nevada and Central Alaska. He went on to play college basketball at Upper Iowa University, where he completed his undergraduate coursework. He later earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Iowa State University, followed by a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Eastman completed his medical training with a three-year forefoot and rearfoot surgical residency at United Health Services in Binghamton, New York. He began his career working with the University of North Carolina in Raleigh, where he was proudly recognized as one of North Carolina’s Best Doctors of 2024 by North Carolina’s Best magazine.
After ten years of gaining experience throughout the country, Dr. Eastman decided to return to Iowa with his wife and daughter, a place they have always considered home. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Eastman believes in evidence based medicine, utilizing a patient centered approach and specializes in surgical biomechanics, sports medicine, minimally invasive surgery, and general podiatric care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Eastman enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time in the great outdoors with his family.
